"I couldn’t have picked a better realty team to handle my sale of my old home and my purchase of my new home! Alanna was our heavy hitter with support from Erin and Julia. Communication with them was clear and easy, they were responsive, and gave us the best ideas and counsel. Not only are they top notch realtors, they are great people, too! I am so grateful to have had Ursula & Associates on my team as it made stressful, big life events much easier. I felt supported and heard and had not one doubt through the whole process that they would give their best and their best is excellence!"

"Jason and his team were great! They were professional and efficient throughout the process. Jason has the experience to lead you through the sales process to get the most for your sale. Rate them A+."

"We had a fantastic experience listing with Ursula and Alanna Blake-Lawlor. She went above and beyond to address concerns and to market our home to get multiple offers in the first week. Communication and follow through was excellent. We would absolutely recommend Alanna and her team for anyone selling their home."

"Best realty team! They are rock stars! I recommend Alanna Blake-Lawlor. She’s amazing!"

"Jason Wilson helped us sell our house in Alpharetta, GA and we absolutely could not have been any happier with our experience. He was always incredibly courteous and professional. He gave great advise on which items should be fixed before going to market and which to leave alone. I would recommend Jason to absolutely anyone who is selling their home."

"My wife and I worked with Jason and his team when we sold our house in Alpharetta, GA. We reached out to them about four months before we were planning on selling. Jason came and gave us advice on what we would need to fix and prep for the move with contractors he trusted so we could start the prepping and budgeting. His team was extremely supportive and were always open for a quick call about whatever we needed. When we found a buyer, his team went out of their way to support us and be extremely professional. My wife and I are extremely appreciative for his help and are truly happy to have worked with his team."

"Alanna Blake Lawlor is the epitome of all a buyer or seller could hope to find in a real estate agent. Professional, personable, conscientious and tireless at all times. She truly has her client’s best interests at heart and never hesitates to go above and beyond for her client. I am grateful to have had the good fortune of having “Irish Alanna” as my buyer’s agent. She’s simply the best! "

"This team is absolutely the BEST in the business. I have tried various real estate agents, and even other KW agents, and nothing compares to this team. Jason, the broker, Kelly Habowski [realtor], and Julia are the best. Jason and Kelly know their building materials and history of the area and what homes were built with what materials, which is super important in regards to Polybutylene plumbing, atlas chalet roofs, LP and other siding, recalled electrical panels, and more. Kelly worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home and she went to the ends of the Earth to help me. They learned of a bad experience I had with another team who was lacking in available time, not answering calls, and basically flat out not being helping, AND I happened upon THE URSULA GROUP from a listing they had where I had reached out. I am SO GLAD I found them!!! As a highly-qualified conventional buyer, they were dedicated to finding me a home. I was so pleased with them that I connected them with my realtors in Savannah, Georgia since they needed a replacement team to refer to. It was a win-win for everyone. I would definitely recommend this team and I would use them again."

"Very knowledgeable and very professional. Jason was our advocate, running interference for us when things needed to be done. We would give the highest recommendation to Ursula and Associates, and to Jason and Erin Wilson!"

"Jason Wilson and Michele Fox helped us sell our former home and buy our new home. They answered a million questions and took such great care of us! The whole process was overwhelming at times but they got us through it and we love our new home!"

"We want to thank you so much for handling the sale of our mother’s home. You were outstanding from our first meeting with you, until the final closing day. Jason was very professional and so easy to deal with from the first meeting until the end. Michele was great - always available, always in constant contact, we never had to reach out. She texted and called us seemingly every day with updates. They told us exactly what to expect and what they thought we should list the house at; they were right on target. We would not hesitate about using Ursula and Associates again and would refer to anyone in need of selling a home. They are outstanding people. Jason and Michele are the best. Thank you all so much!"

"It all worked out perfect. House sold within a few days. Very knowledgeable real estate agent. We really enjoyed working with Ursula and associates. Great team."

"Amazing! Jennifer has been our realtor for around a year now, I’m a bit picky when it comes to home buying but we had been praying to God to find the right house to fit all of our needs, and we did! Jennifer is fast, reliable, and great at making your offer competitive. I really enjoyed working with her, she is one of the only people I’ve seen that is so incredibly good at driving all things home. She’s a competitive realtor, you won’t be disappointed if you choose to go with her! Ivan, our loan officer was amazing too! Ivan was always there to answer any question no matter how ridiculous, he helped us through a lot of our home buying process and made it so much easier. We don’t know if we would have done it so well without them. They make a great team! Its been wonderful to know that even after we have closed our home, they let us know to call them if we need them. Its easy to see why they are the best in Woodstock! Lovel and Michele kept us informed the whole way! They had been extremely communicative and easy going the whole time. We really appreciate all the work they have done as well!"

"Wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Shoutout to Mr. Jason Wilson and the rest of the team! Definitely recommend as your go-to real estate agents."

"We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice using Ursula and Associates . Very timely and excellent communication for all involved. Thanks for making the process actually enjoyable. The Jeffers Family"

"We had the best experience with Ursula and Associates! Michelle Picardi Remeta was everything you could ask for in a realtor. She listened to us and did everything in her power to accommodate our needs. She was conscientious, thorough, and made sure we were well-informed at every step of the process. The whole team made sure our house had the absolute best chance to be seen by as many potential buyers as possible. They were trustworthy, reliable, and timely. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ursula and Associates, and especially Michelle Picardi Remeta to handle any future real estate needs."

"My experience using Ursula & Associates was the best I have had in selling and buying six homes over my lifetime. Jason Wilson is unequaled in his pursuit of obtaining the highest price and protecting his clients’ interests throughout the selling/buying process. He is understanding and empathetic to his clients’ concerns while expertly negotiating a positive outcome for sellers and buyers. He made phone calls and arranged for contractors to perform extensive and out of the ordinary repairs, and he kept in constant contact with me regarding the progress. Honestly, I have never had an agent who worked as hard as Jason. Jason’s assistant, Michele Fox, is equally concerned about clients and does her utmost to coordinate with other agents, contractors, painters, carpet layers, termite control, etc. She manages them all by making phone calls to find the appropriate person/company, coordinating installation dates, and negotiating with other agents for the best outcome for buyers and sellers. Michele is the “glue” that holds a deal together. She is understanding, reassuring and empathetic. In fact, I referred to her as my “psychological counselor” because she was so great at reassuring me that a positive outcome would be achieved in the end, no matter how complicated things seemed. If you live, or want to live, in Towne Lake Hills you must call Jason Wilson of Ursula & Associates for your sale or purchase. Not doing so would be unfair to yourself."

" Jason and Erin Wilson, as well as their team were such a pleasure to work with. Their work ethic reflects their love for their profession, as well as for people. Always putting their clients concerns first, they devoted almost a year to helping us find a home. Their persistence, patience, and encouragement finally paid off . Thank you both for hanging in there with us. We know we had a lot of boxes to check. We are blessed to call you friends."

"Kelly Habowski helped us find and buy our house. She told me what to expect at every step, connected us with a great lender, and was always there when I had a question."
